Collection
Tamart debuts with an initial offering of 10 reimagined mid-century wooden furniture products, each piece exemplifying Tamar de Shalit and Arthur Goldreich’s compelling and timeless approach to design: connecting the present with the indelible mark they left on the modernist design scene.

Central Stool
The three-legged Central Stool was originally designed by de Shalit during the 1950s as a student at London’s Central School of Arts and Crafts.
-
The Clore Collection
The Clore Lounge Chair, Clore Ottoman and Clore Coffee Tables reference the private penthouse of the late philanthropist and arts patron Sir Charles Clore, whose home de Shalit designed during the 1960s.
-
The Highgate Collection
The Highgate Chair and Highgate Chair with Arms take their design cues from essential modernist principles with their simple rectangular construction and strict geometric appearance. The pill-shaped back and bullnose curved stile tops and feet soften the appearance of both chairs, while the naturally dyed leather sling-style seat gives both chairs a contrasting lightness.

The Red Rock Club Collection
The designs for the Red Rock Club Chair, Red Rock Club Stool and Red Rock Club Lounge Table originate from a series of custom designs created for the famous 1960s Red Rock Hotel and Club in Eilat during its jet-set heyday.
